This open mouth gag features an adjustable buckle closure at the back of a beautiful black and red brocade strap. The metal o-ring is interchangeable with a rubber one. The front of the gag includes two D-rings to which are fastened two chains which each lead to two fully adjustable and detachable multi-use clamps with soft pads.
