This flogger features 14.75" (37.5 cm) PVC falls and a sturdy handle wrapped with a beautiful black and red brocade fabric. The neck and butt (top and tail of the handle) along with the wrist strap are also PVC. The falls are soft enough to tease a newbie yet sturdy enough to create more intense play for someone more experienced.
